address verification failed

i have made a sunrom programmer 1001-3456 v2. it work proper for read,erase,blank check etc but after program the 89c2051 it shows

"verification failed at address 1"
i check the reset voltage during programing .it is correct . what is problem i can not understand.
anyone help me?

Most of the time the problem is with hardware. Check, double check the connections.

By the way how did you confirm that read is working properly?

I have the same situation, bad uC!!!

I on same programmer sunrom program and verified 10 89c2051 all ok only one have that error message!!!
