Adding drills to Panel in Altium - CAMtastic

Hi everybody; I need to add 4 drills and 3 fiducial mark to a panel made it with camtastic in Altium. I use the ODB++ and I added the necesary steps. But I can't make a drill or anything what I want.

Can someone give me intructions about how can I do that?
