Adding constraint and objective function

Dear all members and experts
I have my objective function and constraint, I want to add it to PSO matlab toolbox,but i face some problem on the following
1.how can i creat onoff switch?
2.how can i add objective function and constraints to PSO Matlab code?
please help me
