Adding component library in DxDesigner

Hi,

I am new to DxDesigner. currently using ver 2005.1. In Orcad capture we can get the component by adding corresponding .lib file and it is available for all the projects. But in DxDesigner is there any common library file?. Please give me some details about the libraries in DxDesigner.
