Adding a voltage to a signal

Hi,
Is the attached the lowest component count way of adding 0.1V to a signal? (signal can be anywhere between 0 and +5v)
Signal is shown here as V2.
V4 is the 0.1v getting added on

Addendum:
Actually, all resistors can be equal value e.g. 10kΩ.
