Hi,
i designed some kind of verilog core, and i want to test it with PC.
i want to build such a card, with PCI BRIDGE,and FPGA for my core.

can someone help with this?
is there any reference design available?
what about the drivers to the PC-PCI,where to receive them, how to use them?
what is the best and fast GUI software to support this application?

i will apriciate any help...

thanks,

Bull

For driver, best is windriver, take a look at jungo software, I think it have a free demo to use with PCI.

I have used a development board from Insight electronics. Is called SPartan II-PCI or sthg so. It is about 2000$ and you have reference designs including some sw applications. If your application is similar to the reference design you may use their driver, if not, I used WinDriver as recommends "penrico" and it is quite easy and they provide you an user interface that helps you to debug your hardware.
