Hi,
Am looking for an IC or circuit that can sample as many analog signals at the same time as 100. Is there anybody with an idea on this. Please help me. Thanks.

Texas Instruments has p/n DDC232CGXGT with 16 channels, so I can imagine you making a board with 6-8 of these.

National Instruments is one of the specialists for things like this. The next link shows their products with 80 or more analog inputs.

hi
or you can use PIC16F785 because it has 14 ADC input with 10bit resolution
