Hi all,

I have a problem while simulating a pipeline ADC. As you can see from the figure( in attached word document), I have the ADC output Dout. Now I want to pass this ADC output to the INL/DNL function I have. Basically I will pass this Dout as input "z" to the function. How do I do this? I have tried using different blocks but its not working. Everytime I get the error please specify ADC ouput ( meaning no input is being supplied, i.e, z). In short matlab is not reading the simulink output.

How can I solve this? Can anyone help me please? Maybe its a simple mistake I am doing. Anyone who has worked on simulink/matlab a lot maybe able to help me out. I appreciate the help. Thanks.

Hi,
Have u tried to de-bug the code for the reasons u expect?

Any way, I have worked with MATLAB but not in SIMULINK. Thus I cannot directly helpout regarding the passing of the values. I suggest the following.

U give a print for "z" just before calling INDNL function (simple z and look in command window). U can now understand whether the problem is in passing the value or within the function.

gd luck...
