Hi;

I try to desgin A high Speed Flash ADC ; at the some Articles they use preamplifier beside Compartors,What is the main reson for this configuration?
Can I use LNA insde My ADC (I need Low resolution)?

Thanx:idea:
 

to reduce the kick back noise and reduce the offset voltage ..
the preamp is used before comparators.
