if calibration should be operated before each sampling when the prior error is saved in RAM
since the RAM data will be clear when power down

and if we should use flash memory to save the error coeff and operated in CP , thus we can save the calibration cycle die by die?
 

Yes. That is OK. However, this method still loses some accuracy during assembly. Package shifting is main reason.
