I'm trying to do some active inductor simulations but I would like to perform Large Signal analysis with Spectre RF. I don't want to assume that the active inductors are behaving linearly and use linearized ac or s parameters. I figure the way to go about this is swept PSS with a parametric sweep of the input power for each frequency and find the inductance from the voltage and current input to the active inductor.

Anyone have any suggestions??? There's no examples of this anywhere....???
