I need to know if less than about 300mA (+/- 100mA) is flowing in a sense resistor which is being monitored by a LTC6101 current monitor IC.

The sense resistor is 0.025 ohms
The high side resistor of the LTC6101 circuit is 270R
The output resistor of the LTC6101 circuit is 6800 ohms

With 300mA flowing in the sense resistor (ie 7.5mV of sense voltage across it) , that means just a tiny 27uA of current flowing in the output resistor that’s connected to the LTC6101……27uA is tiny, ..will this be possible to detect the 300mA with any degree of accuracy whatsoever?
