Accessing Replay Block from COM server (CANalyzer)

Hi,
I am accessing CANalyzer via COM server using Python scripts. In my configuration i have replay block which will open can log file(.blf). Till now the Log file address can be changed only from within CANalyzer. But i would like to modify this from my python scripts before starting the measurement. Is there any possible way to directly access this element or any indirect approach like assigning file address to a system variable and accessing the system variable from python script. Thank you
