Please link me the best and easiest way to switch a AC load using microcontroller TTL output without a relay ,but by a triac or something which is freely available.( load is not very heavy 500W max!)

The best results you will achieve with a triac driven by MOC-type zero-crossing optocoupler.
Or, if you don't want to play with individual components use solid state relay:

Their control inputs will accept any digital level between 3 and 15V.
