Hi,

In my board has both AC and DC Components. Both references connected with Diode.(Anode with Neutral and cathode with ground).

I can power the board through both AC and DC Supply. I need to measure the AC load Current.Load can get close once triac gate triggered.that load current sensed by once sense resistor. And the voltage across the sense resistor will be provided to the Measurement IC.

Now,I am powering the board through DC alone,Not connected the load and AC supply. But still IC can measures come current. But once I de-soldered the wires of AC Supply and load, measurement is fine..means zero current.

Please help me what is the issue if I soldered the wires.

Pls post your circuit diagram...

From your description two possibles are:
1) the circuit may be wrong and can be analysed once you posted
2) you can use relay to isolated the AC power completely from the circuit as you did like de-soldering.

For what purpose your board is made for. As you said you can power up the board with AC and DC supply then why you are trying to provide DC and not providing AC. Can you please elaborate and brief your question.
