ac impedance of physical resistor

I am trying to get the ac impedance of a physical resistor, but I saw very strange thing.
can anyone tell me what happened ?

Pay attention to the phase angel of the impedance. The parallel parasitic capacitance is drawing current which reduces the magnitude of the impedance.

thanks for your comments, but there is no capacitance in the model, the ac response is flat over freqency.
