Hello,

I am new to VHDL programming. Can anyone tell me what is meant by VHDL constructs. For eg. are data object, data types, operators, design blocks part of constructs or does it by itself a part of the list.

Thanks,
Emma Good.

Not a very specific term. It's designating different syntax elements, starting with declarations, expressions, basic statements, if, case and loop statements, blocks etc.
