About the z parameters in spiral inductors .

i have read about the z-parameters and currently doing inductor modelling in high frequency cmos tech.
i wanted to know that how we can obtain the z parameters in the two-port spiral inductor as shown in the given link :

Eventough there are some formuleas to calculate inductance value of square planar inductors,you should simulate it and obtain s,z parameters.

They are used to characterize your inductor.If your model is defined by s or z parameters, your should find them by simulations, it's clear...
