The question is that if in a filter there are (N+1) multipliers in the IEEE paper"Use of Minimum-Adder Multiplier
Blocks in FIR Digital Filters"by Andrew G. Dempster, Student Member, IEEE, and Malcolm D. Macled, Member, IEEE it is mentioned that the n+1 multipliers are replaced by multiplier block. Can you explain me how he has done it.I have attached that paper that i have mentioned.
