correlated double sampling

In the paper"A 1.8V 67mW 10bit 100MS/s pipelined ADC using time shifted CDS technique",it says after CDS
the error is e=-1/A²•(1+Cs/Cf)•{[(1+(Cs+CI)/Cf]•Vo(n)-(CI/Cf)•Vo(n-1)}
how to get this result?
I can only by charge conservation
get:
Vin(Cs+Cf)-(Vo(n-1)/A)•CI=(Vref-VG)Cs+(Vo(n)-VG)Cf-(Vo(n)/A-VG)CI
but how can I know the voltage of G
Please help me
eager for your answers
Thank you
