About the Cadence Installation Packages

Hello all,
I am trying to install Cadence Virtuoso for the first time. I intend to install IC6.1.2, to simulate with spectre and to use Assura for the layout. Could anyone please check me what software packages shall I be needing to cover my objective? So far I know, I have to install-
1. IC610 Base.
2. IC610 update for IC6.1.2
3. MMSIM to get the ADE L window for simulation (version 7, right?)
4. Assura Base (version 3.2, right?)
5. EXT for RCX/QRC (version 9, right?)
What about SPB, SOC, RC and IUS? Do I have to install them all? Is there anything else to be installed? Any kind of help will be highly appreciated.
