Hi there:

I set all the temperature parameters in the model file to be zero, but the circuit still has temperature variation, what is the problem? is there any temperature related parameter did not show up in the model file? Thanks

Best regards

Hi
why do you want fixed parameters against temperature variations?

There can be it will help - Vt=kT/q.

Depending on the simualator you are using, there are specific sentences for dealing with temperature. I guess is better use such as sentences instead of change the temp values in the model. So the question is: What simulator are you using?
