Hi, all

I am wondering about the stability of a given amplifier, is there anybody who can tell me what matters will affect the stability of an amplifier?

Thx in advance!

kind of feedback that the amplifier has and the phase margin of the amplifier

i dont understand what are you asking.... what detail do you want... be specific...

Many factors. Total gain, circuit noise, frequency range and flatness, output and input impedance match to the load device and source signal.

Complex topic and total characterization of an amplifier is not an easy task.

Lefty

the pole and zero in the transtision function, in a words, the cap

The feedback path will affect the stability of the circuit.

For example, the loop gain.

You can refer to the topics of the feedback system in many Analog IC Design Book.

Hope it will be helpful for you...
