hi, all,

can you tell me how to use spectre simulator to complete the noise analysis under analog design environment in cadence? thanks in advance.

.noise analysis
output noise:
voltage, select the node you want to probe and the reference voltage.
input noise:
port or input voltage.
input=0
 

I think help in cadence can help you
 

in the ADE ,you can go to analysis ---
in the analysis section you find noise just left click on the noise you will get a new form for noise analysis ...enter the field and run a simulation...

in spectre simulator, i always think the simulation result of noise analysis is uncorrect, and the input referred noise is very large. and in noise analysis option, if i select a port as the input, how to set the parameters of the port?

by the way, can you tell me how to analysize the input noise of a fully-differential amplifier?

I also found that the input referred noise is incorrect.
somebody tell me that the testbench is wrong. it should be that.
 

yes, I also found there might be error about input referred noise when you simulating PPF's noise
