Hi,
I had desinged an OTA or opamp for switched-capcitor circuits(Pipelined ADC),
but I don't know how to simulate the settling behavior.
As I know, a closed loop circuit composed of capacitors and OTA is needed, then apply a step response to the input, we can get the DC error and settling
time(for example, 0.1%) according to the output.

But I cannot handle it, i don't know how to design this circuit(the OTA is fully
differential). Can anybody help me? thx a lot

Best Regards,

tran. analysis as normal opa

i hope you can describe this question in details
for example, how to choose the Cs and Cf

AS you say and connect it as a unity gain by switched control clock.

hi...

settling behavior..u had designed a OTA so it have two input pins (1. Vin+ & 2. Vin-) and two output pins (1. vo+ & 2. vo-). now you connect vin- with vo+ and give a square wave at vin+ and simulate it. now see the transient response at vo-. from here you can determine the settling behavior of your OTA. thanks.
