About RD, WR signals in AT89C51RD2

Hi!

Iam little bit new to this AT89C51RD2 microcontroller...
I want to interface M29W160Eb flash memory from STmicro to this microcontroller.....

here i have a doubt .....

whether i have to use pullup resistors for the signals RD and WR...or.not..
i have connected CS to GND...

PSEN(I have left floating) and EA(I have connected VCC through capacitor) are not related when we are using external data memory....


Iam attaching the schematics please see once ..
