Please help me with the sensors on this site.

It is a sensor that uses two 9V batteries.
Is there a problem if I use these two batteries as two AC adapters?
Will using two AC adapters break the EMG circuit board?

Hi,

The problem is:
* with the AC adapters you introduce a lot of mains frequecy.
* and your AC adapters need to fulfill medical specification.

If you want to keep it simple and the same time get good quality signal: use batteries.
