I was making my graduation design:gunn diode vco.But i can not get useful information about gunn diode.I need your help to introduce any book.
One approximate example of gunn diode I-V curve :i=a1*u+a3*u³,however,I can not make sure of it and its parameter. In addtion,I want to get the exact simulation with lumped elements circuit.
Could you give any related datum to me.Thankyou very much.[/u][/i]

HI DEAR

CHECK THE ATTACHED FILE IT CONTAINS YOUR REQUIRED DATA

vicky!

I can not help appreciating You for your generousness.Another question as follows:
The gunn diode with certain DC(10V) truns into negative resistor(-R).Then vco start to oscillate
when abs(-R)>RL(load resistor).
The condition of stability is that the positive resistor equals negative resistor in the entire circuit .
The image part of the entire circuit determinates the resonating frequency.
DC determinates the size of negative resistor.
Then how does the vco come to be stable because -R and RL would not change?
