Dear all :
someone can tell me what's the difference between
Enhance-MOS and Depletion-MOS ?

I only know operation voltage is not the same ,
In frequency or performance or others have some different ??

Thanks.
 

the vth is not the same .depletion using addtional doping layer to adjust the vth to 0.
