About EMC/EMI/ESD standards

EMC/EMI/ESD have so many standards, for telecommunication, for Motor, for illumination, for cable...
and these standards always need update, for example, EN 55022:1998 is going to be withdrawed on Aug 1st 2007. This will bring us some changes in the EMC test, both on process, and parameters.
so do you have some good website or tracking system are following these changes? I hope all the EMC/EMI/ESD related engineers can share this information.
