About DSP evaluation borads

I'm a beginner in electronics and want to start using DSP processors so first of all I wanna know something about them:
what does DSP evaluation boards do and can we use them without evaluation boards on a PCB how we can do this????????
do u know any site about my question?

DSP evaluation board use to ease the "first step" to start working with
dsp processors

It's the best way to start working with controllers and DSP since all the hardware problems are allready debgud - if somting is wrong check yourself !!!
