Hi i would like to interface an reader device to PC inorder to transmit the signal from the reader to PC.So for this interfacing i require a software,which software will be more suitable and most efficient to get a good result can any give suggestions ...

Hi

Your question is not clear do you want to develop you software in some language for PC or you want to use off-the shelf software.

may be for RS232 testing or sniffing i suggest Eltima Advanced Serial Port Terminal and Serial Port Monitor from www.eltima.com

or if you know some desktop programming(Visual Basic is very simple) i suggest you to develop for this you may refer to the book
