About Calibre: What is the difference between iil_ & ixl

I found two directories for calibre: iil_cal_* and ixl_cal_*.
What is the difference?

One is Linux the other is for unix version.

Hi,

Ss5 for sun solaris
Hpx for HP
Iil for LINUX Itanium
Ixl for Linux X86 based processor
