Use the error amplifier. Preserve the DC operation condition. The easiest way is to use two voltage controlled voltage sources and a very low frequency lowpass filter in between. Then you can simulate the AC from the output of the second vcvs to the input of the first vcvs.
 

if u r using cadence, run the stability "stb" analysis. It is much easier
