A Suitable Compiler for st62t32

I think their RIDE IDE might be a tool you are looking for.

The RIDE is a very nice IDE from Raisonance and it covers most ST architectures, the ST6, ST7, STM8 in the 8-bit world but also the STR7 and STM32 in the ARM world and last but not least even the ST manufactured PowerPC devices.
So, investing time to learn RIDE can pay off when you upgrade to more powerful devices from ST.

Now the question, why in the world are you working with the very old ST62T32? There are much better options at similar pricing such as the STM8L.
