A question with MikroProg ReadDEVID Failed ?

Guys,

I got this message :

ReadDEVID Failed !

When I tried to upload with mikroProg v1.32, I use J-Link,
And this J-Link is working fine with Keil...

What should I fix here ?

Try erasing the chip first using JLink and then try to program with mikroProg.

Edit: Ok. I understand now. You are using mikroProg Suite with JLink and that is causing the problem. You cannot use mikroProg Suite for ARM with JLink. mikroProg for ARM is the programmer/debugger and it only communicates with mikroProg Suite for ARM. mikroProg Suite for ARM is the programming software.

You compile your mikroC PRO ARM project and get the .hex file and use Keil to burn the .hex file to the device using JLink.

You can use this software to burn the .hex file using JLink.
