Hi,
I want to ask a quesion about pulse power amplifier. If the output peak power is 200W, the power transistor efficiency is 0.25, Vcc is 40V, pulse width is 100us and the Duty circle is 10%, then how to calculate the collector peak current value? And what is the collector peak current value?
If the collector peak current value is too big, I need to design a power supply? and how to design?

Thanks sincerely!
