a question about hspice
I want to plot the drain current of a mosfet (m1) which is in a subcircuit. I use this:
.print tran i(xopamp1.m1)
in which xopamp1 is the subcircuit. The current is printed in the listing file but not in the avanwave. I use the same syntax for the current of a capacitor and it works.
I use ".plot" statement too but it does not work.
What should I do?
