how does equation 9.3 come out(the last equation in attachment)? Is there using any mathematic theory?

This equation can be derived using common approximation (1+x)^a ~= 1+a*x for |x| << 1.
In this case x = (R1+R2)/R2*1/A1, a = -1. According to the Razavi's example situation (R1+R2)/R2 = 10. If A1 >> 10 then x << 1 and approximation can be used.
