a GUI question - how to add 3rd edit box ?

a GUI question

Hi every body
Every one who used GUI, knows that one of examples of GUI is
Address-book .
this example has 2 edit box. now I want increase to 3 edit box. but i have some problems, when i change it so can you guide me?:?:

Hi every body
I am really sorry for im coming back late.
But you know my dear friends i did the last topic that i sent.i mean i could built That GUI:D . but i have a new problem now:|
I want to send Data to AVR with Gui but unfortunately i dont know how i can do it.
you know my data is an arry with 85 part.
