A Error in Sentaurus TCAD Sprocess, how to solve it?

When i simulating 6T-SRAM, it stopped automatically.
And prompted this error:
Error: Child process with pid '5467' got the signal 'SIGKILL' (kill signal)
Has anyone encountered it and know how to solve it?
