A circuit that can probe 2 currents and adjust the resistor

I am trying to design a circuit as below shown.
R1 and R2 and V are know values.
This circuit is able to adjust R3 and probe IA and IB at the same time, until IA = IB.
The goal is to get the resistance R3.
Anyone has any idea most appreciated.

What do you mean "get the resistance R3"? If you know, V, R1, R2, Ia and Ib, you can calculate R3.

Or, are you trying to balance Ia and Ib?

What is your end goal here? This looks remarkably like your other post about 1 amp through some resistors.
