A basic doubt in SDF

what is the values stands for in SDF (for ex -- worst corner sdf)

CELL
CELLTYPE "XXX"
INSTANCE DEVICE/XXXX/XXX
DELAY
( IOPATH A Y (valueA:valueb:valuec)(valued:valuee:valuef))

i came to know that valueA - best case
valueb - nominal
value c - worst

is it right ? then is what is valued , e and f

frist triple is for rising (0 --> 1), second is for falling (1 --> 0)

first one is for rising and second one is for failing.
