How to start a verilog-A by HSPICE

Dear all:
I have a problem for simulating a simple file by HIPICE.
When I click the simulate, the result always tell me

** error **
During Verilog-A Device processing:
CML file does not exist


Why? what mistake is made by me?
Could you help me ?

The sp file:

The va file:

Check whether u have that feature in license file . It works fine.

i think it's the lack of hspiceva feature in license file so you cannot compile .va model

or simply you haven't compiled this file before running simulation.

I have "hspiceva" in the my license file but in my .lis file I get:
