Simulating RCS of a sphere using CST

In CST help, example overview, they have given an example regarding the calculation of RCS of a PEC sphere. The problem with it is that the monostatic RCS value seems to vary depending on the angle of incidence, whereas the RCS of a sphere ought to be constant irrespective of the angle of incidence. Can anybody help me in this regard.
