Dear all,
I want to design a LNA with spec. as following. Please give me some
advice about which type of LNA should I choose. Of course, other advice are
all welcome. Thanks ahead.
freq: 800M~950M
gain: 15db
NF: <4db
power: as less as possible
IIP3: 5dbm
process: CMOS TSMC0.18u
Main spec. above.
Could anyone give me some design example?

Best wishes
Jason

this results could be achived wih common source toplogy

Dear Sarma and Khouly,
About IIP3 5dbm, is that not easy to achive
with common source structure?
Thanks

mmm , don't know , u need to check and try to do some manual calculations , but if u use some sort of sorce degeneration u mat get this vaule , but sure the gain will be less
