89S series programmer using parallel port by asim khan

hello,
i made the 89s51 programmer suggested by sir asim khan .hv checked my circuit. i guess it is correct.have windows xp in my pc. using isp30a as software. but stil it is not working.also plz guide me the steps to burn the program using isp30a. i am attaching my circuit diagram also. plz have a look.
