8051 ipcore in verilog plz

Hi
I realy need help

I am building some 8051 perifericals on verilog and to test them i need a 8051 cpu core in verilog.
I looked on opencores already and most of them are in VHDL can some help me get one and compiling it for a Altera DE2? Or can some one tell me where to get some toturials on compling a microprocessor into a FPGA and puting some code on it?

can u plz give me how to compile it? on an alter DE2?

Hi,

Check out:

Open Cores

They are the largest Open Source core repository.

Also join the Verilog HDL Group, I'm always adding Verilog Soft Cores and tutorials I find in my searches on the NET.

If you post a request in the Verilog HDL Group it will remind me to look for a 8051 core in my next searches.
