802.11 + 22m0

Does anyone know the necessary bandwidth of a standard 802.11b card, transmitting 11 Mbps in CCK modulation?

I think the NTIA emissions designator for my application would be 22M0G7W, where the "22M0" implies a 22 MHz necessary bandwidth. Is that correct? It seems too big to me.
