Hi genius

i need an help for designing the small 7 x 21 dot matrix smd LED display with message running display for my certain application ..
Can anyone help me out by attaching any simple schematic circuits for my project??

There're virtually thousands of reference designs available freely online.
Choose your microcontroller and continue from there...

What else do you need to do in your project other then drive the LED display ?

In this case I'd use one of the following:

1. Microchip PIC
2. Atmel AVR
3. Si-Labs 8051.
